What we need from you: First day there is a $25 evaluation fee. Non-refundable. We watch your dog closely and evaluate temperament to ensure doggie daycare and boarding is the right choice for your dog. The fee also covers all paper work processing. Multiple dog discount for evaluations is $20 per dog. Paper work to be filled out This takes a few extra minutes so plan accordingly. Vet records Bring copies of vet records showing that your dog is up-to-date on vaccinations, or fax them to (513)871-4211. Dogs will not be allowed to stay and play without records! ALL dogs MUST be spayed / neutered. (Unless boarding only - no daycare) ALL dogs MUST be on Flea / Tick / Heartworm preventative! |
